Kpopify Shipping & Logistics Protocol

I. Pre-order Mechanics (Radical Honesty)

All Kpopify artifacts operate on a PREORDER ONLY basis. Production and fulfillment are contingent upon meeting a Minimum Order Quantity ($MOQ$) of 50 units. Instantaneous dispatch is non-existent; we do not maintain standing inventory to ensure exclusivity and fulfill evergreen model constraints.

II. Fulfillment Timeline

Upon the conclusion of a production cycle, artifacts are dispatched from our primary logistics hub.

  • Transit Duration: Approximately 14 business days (2 weeks) post-shipment.

  • Total Latency: Comprises the batch-consolidation period plus the 2-week transoceanic transit.

III. Territorial Scope

Kpopify prioritizes the following jurisdictions:

  • Primary: United States (US Mainland).

  • Strategic: United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan.

IV. The "Graduate" Disclaimer (Radical Honesty)

Kpopify is a solo enterprise spearheaded by a recent university graduate. While I am a "man of sheer will" committed to execution, I operate without the institutional guarantees of a multinational corporation.

  • No Guarantees: Timelines are estimates, not contractual obligations.

  • Inherent Risk: As an independent "first mover," my capacity is subject to the constraints of a single-operator "temple." Delays may occur due to unforeseen administrative or personal volatility. I "die hard trying," but I am not a slave to your expectations—only to the "Will to Live" and the success of the business.

V. Administrative Constraints

  • Customs & Duties: All import taxes, levies, or jurisdictional fees are the sole liability of the recipient.

  • Tracking: A tracking identifier will be disseminated via digital channels once the artifact clears our supplier, Judy.

  • Modification Lock: Address alterations are strictly prohibited once the fulfillment cycle has initiated.
