KPOPIFY Terms of Service

1. Who we are
KPOPIFY ("we", "us", "our") is owned and operated by HAVAWATER, a business registered in Hong Kong. These terms cover your use of kpopify.store, including our shop, games, fan wall and survey (the "Site"), and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Not affiliated with any artist or agency
KPOPIFY is an independent fan-made brand. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any K-pop artist, group, entertainment company or record label. Artist and group names on the Site are used only to identify them. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Products and pre-orders

  • Many KPOPIFY products are made to order on a pre-sale basis and sold in limited quantities. Estimated production and shipping times are shown on each product page. They are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Product photos and videos are for illustration. Small differences in colour, size or finish may occur.
  • We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel an order (for example, for suspected fraud or a pricing error). If we cancel a paid order, we refund you in full.

4. Your content on the poster
Our posters play videos or images you choose to load onto them. You are responsible for what you load and for having the right to use it. We do not supply, host or license any artist's copyrighted content.

5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Payment is taken when you place your order. Import duties or taxes charged by your country, where they apply, are your responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.

6. Shipping
We ship to the destinations offered at checkout. Delivery times depend on production, the courier and customs, and delays outside our control can happen. Risk passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you gave. Please make sure your address is correct. We are not responsible for parcels lost because of a wrong address.

7. Returns, refunds and the 30-Day Refund Guarantee
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. In short: standard orders are non-refundable, and the optional 30-Day Refund Guarantee covers defects not caused by the user, as described in that policy.

8. Games, fan wall and survey
The Site includes free fan features such as the elimination bracket, voting, a fan wall, comments and a survey. By using them, you agree:

  • to use a display name that doesn't pretend to be someone else;
  • not to post anything hateful, harassing, sexual, threatening, spam or illegal, or anyone's personal information;
  • that anything you post may be shown publicly on the Site, and that you give us a free, worldwide licence to display it there;
  • that we may remove any post, reset votes or scores, or block anyone who abuses these features, at our discretion and without notice.

Votes, likes and leaderboards are just for fun. They have no cash value, and we don't guarantee they are accurate or permanent.

9. Our content
The KPOPIFY name, logo, website design, text, graphics and code belong to HAVAWATER. You may not copy, resell or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site. For example, you may not attempt to hack or overload it, use bots to vote or scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.

11. Disclaimers and liability
The Site and our products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR. Nothing here removes any consumer protections that apply where you live.
